Venue site walkthrough
Assist with creating a detailed wedding day timeline
Confirm all details with vendors
Manage ceremony rehearsal
Wedding Day
Up to 10 hours on-site
Set-up of decorations ahead of time for both ceremony and reception, such as favors, place cards, guest book, etc.
Organize and direct the ceremony processional
Assist wedding party and guests
Point of contact for all vendors and distributing final payments and gratuity to vendors.

This package is perfect for the couple who may want to do part of the planning process but need professional assistance to guide them with hands-on support. This package includes everything that is offered in the Month-Of Management package with additional services included.

Provide a wedding planning checklist and create a detailed wedding day timeline
Recommend any remaining vendors needed
Review all signed contracts and confirm all details with vendors
Venue site walkthrough

Unlimited time on-site
Coordinate and assist with the setup and breakdown of the ceremony and reception, including favors, place cards, guest book, etc.
Organize and direct the ceremony processional
Assist wedding party and guests

This package is perfect for the couple who want a full-time wedding professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day. We will handle all of the logistics while you get to enjoy being engaged and all the celebrations leading up to your special day.

Pre-Wedding
Unlimited meetings
Vendor recommendations, booking, management, etc.
Ceremony + reception venue scouting and site walkthrough
Wedding planning timeline preparation and creating a wedding checklist
Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the budget
Creation and execution of a design scheme
Tracking of guest RSVP’s
Review all signed contracts and confirm all details with vendors
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

Unlimited time on-site as your coordinator
Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

Travel Fee
Locations greater than 25 miles outside of Rockville, Maryland will be charged $.65 per mile.
